Decorated in Majorcan style with a Mediterranean touch, the home is divided into many cozy and functional spaces: a fully equipped separate kitchen, a spacious terrace-solarium furnished for comfort, an inner courtyard with a barbecue area and pizza oven, laundry facilities, five double bedrooms served by two internal bathrooms, and an external bathroom for the patio area. Several balconies, air conditioning throughout the house, and Wi-Fi are also available. The property features a heated mini-pool with an iconic design and Italian style, offering moments of relaxation. Arenal Beach is just a couple of kilometers away, and the center of Portocolom is a 15-minute walk along the scenic promenade by the bay. Portocolom, nestled on the east coast of the island, was once a port dedicated to the wine trade and is now a privileged destination for those seeking a beach vacation in a place of discreet elegance, surrounded by natural beauty. Family-friendly amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a crib, a child's bed, and a high chair. Outside, you'll find a spacious covered terrace with a sofa, chairs, and a dining area. In just 3 minutes on foot, you'll reach Caló de Sant Antoni beach and the Yacht Club. There's a bus in front of the house that takes you directly to the center of Palma, about 35 minutes by car.
