Decorated in Majorcan style with a Mediterranean touch, the home is divided into many cozy and functional spaces: a fully equipped separate kitchen, a spacious terrace-solarium furnished for comfort, an inner courtyard with a barbecue area and pizza oven, laundry facilities, five double bedrooms served by two internal bathrooms, and an external bathroom for the patio area. Several balconies, air conditioning throughout the house, and Wi-Fi are also available. The property features a heated mini-pool with an iconic design and Italian style, offering moments of relaxation. Arenal Beach is just a couple of kilometers away, and the center of Portocolom is a 15-minute walk along the scenic promenade by the bay. Portocolom, nestled on the east coast of the island, was once a port dedicated to the wine trade and is now a privileged destination for those seeking a beach vacation in a place of discreet elegance, surrounded by natural beauty. The area offers calm beaches, local restaurants with excellent food and wine, and opportunities to explore wonderful coves with crystal-clear waters. We warmly invite those who, like us, enjoy a relaxed holiday in a small community. Only families and small groups over 30 years old are invited to book. The villa features a pleasant living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area on the covered terrace overlooking the pool, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. Family-friendly amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a crib, a child’s bed, and a high chair. Outside, you’ll find a spacious covered terrace with a sofa, chairs, and a dining area. In just 3 minutes on foot, you’ll reach Caló de Sant Antoni beach and the Yacht Club. There’s a bus in front of the house that takes you directly to the center of Palma, about 35 minutes by car. Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and living room. Additional electricity usage is available for an extra fee.

The house is very close to the Paseo Marítimo, the Porto Pi Center and Génova. It only takes 8 minutes by car to Puerto Portals and Bendinat, some of the liveliest places in Mallorca. Beach/pool towels are provided. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed upon request. The property location is not well connected for getting around on foot or by public transport. We strongly recommend renting a car to comfortably explore the island.
